			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">Father Daniel Sparks, president of the Anglican Bible and Book Society, has announced a book collection drive to benefit the <a href="http://anglicanbible.org/wp-content/plugins/feed-statistics.php?url=aHR0cDovL3d3dy51bml0ZWQtZXBpc2NvcGFsLm9yZw==" title=\"UECNA\" target=\"_blank\" class="liinternal">United Episcopal Church of North America</a> (<acronym title="United Episcopal Church of North America (also UEC)">UECNA</acronym>). Fr. Sparks requests that <acronym title="United Episcopal Church of North America (also UEC)">UECNA</acronym> parishes having an excess of Bibles, Prayer Books, and Hymnals consider donating these resources to the Society. In turn, the Society will ensure that they are distributed to <acronym title="United Episcopal Church of North America (also UECNA)">UEC</acronym> parishes and missions that are in need. Likewise, excess vestments and church supplies may be donated.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Society has set a goal of collecting 100 Bibles, Prayer Books, and Hymnals for distribution to missions and parishes at the <acronym title="United Episcopal Church of North America (also UECNA)">UEC</acronym> General Convention in October 2008.</p>

The Publications Committee receives and makes selections of titles for reprint. In an effort to solicit public input on some titles currently under consideration, polls have been placed on the Society website.</p>
<p>Please view the polls listed on the Society website, and cast your vote. Your participation in this forum will allow the Publications Committee to gauge public interest in the titles.</p>
<p>Additionally, the Publications Committee accepts recommendations for reprint publications from any traditional Anglican group or individual. To submit your recommendation, <a href="http://anglicanbible.org/wp-content/plugins/feed-statistics.php?url=aHR0cDovL2FuZ2xpY2FuYmlibGUub3JnL2NvbnRhY3Q=" class="liinternal">email the Society</a> with the author&#8217;s name and title of the work. <p>Fr. Toon believes that a common liturgy will bring together the various orthodox Anglican jurisdictions, both without and within the Anglican Communion.
